Originally from the beautiful region of the Eastern Townships in Quebec, Stefanie has been established in Nova Scotia for over 14 years. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2014 and found her passion for treating operational stress injury (OSI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussions and post-traumatic stress injury (PTSI). She believes that everything is connected and a wholistic approach benefits everyone as mental wellness is directly linked with physical wellness. She also loves to empower her patients with extensive consent and by sharing her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics. When she is out of the clinic, you can find her cooking and baking with her two children, going for walks on the trails and knitting. Stefanie welcomes all LGBTQIA+ community members and speaks fluently English and French and is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia.

Her practice philosophy follows the medical model with the aim to create a balance between the musculoskeletal and neural structures to allow every patient to function at their highest.
Outside of the clinic setting, she enjoys being a member of a running group, participating in races in the Maritime Provinces, being an active member of the community, taking advantage of all the great outdoors has to offer, and spending time with the people she loves. She is the proud master of our clinic puppy, Vida.
